We provide eSIM connectivity solutions for travelers. Our Services are intended for individuals aged 18 and older. You are responsible for ensuring your device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked. Our Services rely on third-party telecommunications providers and network operators. We do not own or operate any telecommunications infrastructure and are not responsible for network availability, coverage, speed, or performance.

3. Purchases

3.1. You may purchase eSIMs without creating an account. We collect your email address solely for order delivery and communication purposes.
3.2. We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the full amount displayed at checkout.
3.3. All sales are final. An eSIM is considered delivered once the QR code or activation details have been issued to the email provided at checkout.
3.4. You are responsible for providing accurate information, including a valid email address.
3.5. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or unauthorized use of payment methods.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if the eSIM is completely non-functional, meaning it is not able to connect to any supported network in the purchased destination, due to a verified technical issue. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase or activation by contacting customersupport@quickesim.me.

You agree not to: Use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purpose; Resell, distribute, or share eSIMs or credentials without our permission; Attempt to hack, interfere with, or misuse our Services.

Refund Policy

Because our product is a digital service (eSIM) that is consumed immediately upon activation, we have established the following refund guidelines to remain fair to our customers while maintaining compliance with international telecommunications standards.

1. Eligibility for a Refund

A refund may be issued for cases including:

  • Lack of Coverage: The eSIM is unable to connect to a network in a supported destination, and our technical support team cannot resolve the issue within 24 hours of being notified.
  • Accidental Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same data plan twice for the same device, we will refund the duplicate transaction.

2. Refund Conditions

  • Technical Issues: If the eSIM fails to provide connectivity due to a verified technical problem on our side or the network provider's side, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Incompatibility: If your device does not support eSIM, a refund can be issued only if the QR code has not been scanned or activated and no data has been consumed.
  • Expired Plans: No refunds will be issued if the eSIM validity period has expired.
  • Time Limit: All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date. After this 7-day period, no refunds will be considered.

3. Refund Process

  • Report the Issue: Contact us at customersupport@quickesim.me within 7 days of purchase.
  • Technical Review: You must provide screenshots of your device settings and the error message to help our team diagnose the issue.
  • Approval: Once approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method (Credit Card, Apple Pay, etc.).
  • Timeline: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

4. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact our support team first to resolve any issues. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the immediate suspension of the eSIM and the reporting of the transaction to our payment security partners.
